A revised EPO Form 1020 - for use with applications filed under Article 75(1)(b) EPC - is now available. It includes a newly added field for indicating refund instructions, while the box for selecting Montenegro as an extension state has been removed following its accession as a contracting state to the EPC on 1 October 2022.
