Online Filing software – new update now available

The EPO is pleased to inform users of its Online Filing software that a new update for Version 5.14 (build 5.0.14.182 or lower) is now available for download.

Users who prefer not to install it will, however, still be able to file online without any adverse procedural effects. 

The update contains:

NOTE: As of 1 April 2023, the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland will no longer accept national filings via OLF.
Applying the OLF April 2023 update will remove the PL national patch and all associated draft and submitted applications. Customers are advised to export any such applications for their records before this update.
