The EPO Customer Services are available from 8.00 to 16.45 CET Monday to Thursday and from 8.00 to 15.30 CET on Fridays.

Outside these hours, please send your question by e-mail .

At the European Patent Office, applications can be filed by post, fax or online or be handed in personally.
