Rule 87
Content and form of the new specification of the European patent

16th edition: this version presents the text in force on 1 July 2020.

The new specification of the European patent shall include the description, claims and drawings as amended. Rule 73, paragraphs 2 and Rule 73, paragraphs 3, and Rule 74 shall apply.
