Revocation for failure to pay the prescribed fee for publishing or to file a translation 

If the proprietor of the patent fails in due time to pay the prescribed fee for the printing of a new specification of the European patent or to file a translation of the amended claims in the two official languages of the EPO other than the language of the proceedings (see D-VI, 7.2.3), the European patent will be revoked.
