Notice from the European Patent Office dated 2 December 2013 concerning forms and publications available from the EPO
An updated list of forms available free of charge from the EPO and a list of selected publications are given below.
The forms and publications can be obtained from the EPO (preferably from Vienna, but also from Munich, The Hague and Berlin). The forms are also available from the central industrial property offices of the EPC contracting states.
An updated version of most of the publications as well as the price list for EPO products and services are also available on the EPO's website (www.epo.org).
