Search the EPO's Global patent index searchable patent database via our user-friendly PISE interface which is available in English, French and German.

Coverage and updates

Global patent index is based on the EPO's DocDB bibliographic worldwide patent database collection and the EPO's worldwide legal status database INPADOC. It is updated on a weekly basis (every Friday at 12.00 hrs CET).
