User survey on the “Case law of the Boards of Appeal of the EPO”
The Boards of Appeal publishes the “Case Law of the Boards of Appeal of the EPO” (“Case Law Book”) every three years, providing users with a comprehensive overview of the jurisprudence of the Boards of Appeal. The Case Law Book is currently available in HTML and PDF formats in English, French and German.
The Case Law Book is a crucial reference for anyone interested in European patent law, whether for research purposes or in proceedings. To ensure that the publication continues to benefit stakeholders, we invite users to provide feedback on content and format by completing the survey in English, French or German.
The input and results will provide us with valuable insights to further improve the publication and ensure it continues to be fit-for-purpose in the evolving digital environment.
The anonymous survey should take no more than a few minutes to complete and will close on 15 April 2024.
