Order
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The appellant's answer paper for the pre-examination for the European qualifying examination 2021 is awarded 71 marks and therefore, pursuant to Rule 6(2)a) IPREE, the grade "PASS".
3. The appeal fee is reimbursed.
