I. Die Zuständigkeit eines (vermeintlichen) Bestimmungsamts gemäß Artikel 26 PCT erstreckt sich auch auf die Frage, ob eine unterlassene Bestimmung wirksam hinzugefügt werden kann.
II. Damit das Interesse der Öffentlichkeit gewahrt bleibt, muß die Veröffentlichung einer Berichtigung, die Bestimmungen betrifft, an dieselbe Öffentlichkeit gerichtet sein wie die Veröffentlichung der unrichtigen Angaben.
