ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to maintain the patent in the following version:
- claims 1 to 4 filed in the oral proceedings,
- description columns 1 to 5 as approved by the opposition division with acknowledgement of prior art, filed with letter faxed 27 May 2002, to be inserted in column 2 between lines 28 and 29,
