ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to maintain the patent on the basis of the following documents:
- claims 1 to 8 of the modified main request filed during the oral proceedings,
- description: columns 1, 2, 5 and 6 as granted, columns 3, 4. and 7 as filed during the oral proceedings, and
- Figures 1, 2, 3a, 3b, 4 and 5 as granted.
3. The request for reimbursement of the appeal fee is rejected.
