ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to maintain the patent on the basis of the following documents:
(a) claims 1 to 3 filed as first auxiliary request on 23 June 2003; and
(b) description: pages 2, 5 to 7, 12, 16 to 19 submitted during oral proceedings; and
