ENTSCHEIDUNGSFORMEL
Aus diesen Gründen wird entschieden:
1. Die angefochtene Entscheidung wird aufgehoben.
2. Die Sache wird an die erste Instanz zurückverwiesen mit der Anordnung, ein Patent zu erteilen auf der Basis des Hilfsantrags 2, wie am 5. Juli 2001 eingereicht, und einer anzupassenden Beschreibung.
