ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to grant a patent on the basis of the following documents:

Drawings: Figures 1 to 3, 6, 7 filed with the letter of 9 December 1998;
wherein the reference number 40 for the constriction in Figure 1 has to be replaced by the reference number 50.
