ENTSCHEIDUNGSFORMEL
Aus diesen Gründen wird entschieden:
1. Die angefochtene Entscheidung wird aufgehoben.
2. Die Angelegenheit wird an die erste Instanz mit der Anordnung zurückverwiesen, ein Patent mit folgender Fassung zu erteilen:
- Patentansprüche 1 bis 3 und Seiten 1 bis 16, eingereicht mit Telefax vom 2. August 2005 (Empfangszeit 2. Aug. 18:17); und
- Zeichnungen, Figuren 1 bis 3 wie ursprünglich eingereicht.
