ENTSCHEIDUNGSFORMEL
Aus diesen Gründen wird entschieden:
1. Die angefochtene Entscheidung wird aufgehoben.
2. Die Angelegenheit wird an die erste Instanz zurückverwiesen, mit dem Auftrag, das Patent mit folgenden Unterlagen aufrechtzuerhalten:
- Ansprüche 1 bis 6 gemäß Hilfsantrag, eingereicht mit Eingabe vom 3. Juni 2011;
