For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the examining division with the order to grant a patent on the basis of claims 1 to 22 of the main request submitted with the letter dated 17 June 2019 with description pages 1, 2 and 4 to 58 as originally filed, description page 3 as filed with the letter of 4 March 2013, and drawing sheets 1/36 to 36/36 as originally filed.
