Entscheidungsformel
Aus diesen Gründen wird entschieden:
1. Die angefochtene Entscheidung wird aufgehoben.
2. Die Angelegenheit wird an die Einspruchsabteilung zurückverwiesen mit der Anordnung, das Patent in geänderter Fassung mit folgenden Unterlagen aufrechtzuerhalten:
- Patentansprüche 1 bis 15 gemäß Hauptantrag eingereicht mit der Beschwerdebegründung
- Beschreibung Seiten 1 bis 23 eingereicht in der mündlichen Verhandlung vor der Beschwerdekammer
- Figuren 1 bis 5, 6A und 6B der Patentschrift
