ORDER
For these reasons, it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to grant a European patent on the basis of Claims 1 to 5, filed with letter of 19 December 1988, with the amendments as agreed by telephone on 23 January 1990, after having brought the description into conformity with the requirements of the EPC.
