ORDER
For these reasons, it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the Opposition Division for further examination on the basis of Claim 31 filed on 18 July 1988 with the amendment submitted at the oral proceedings, namely replacement of the value 1.7 by 1.8 for the ratio Mw/Mn, and claims 1-30 and 32-44 filed on 5 February 1987.
