ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The Respondent's main and first auxiliary requests are rejected.
3. The case is remitted to the First Instance with the order to maintain the patent as amended according to the Respondent's second auxiliary request, i.e. with Claims 1 to 16 and column 5 of the description presented at the oral proceedings held on 11 September 1990 as second auxiliary request, the rest of the patent specification being unamended.
