At the present stage of the proceedings, in fact, the closest prior art on file is represented by D8, which discloses a fuel pressure regulator showing, in essence, not only all the other features of the claimed fuel pressure regulator, but also a frustoconical valve seat in combination with feature p), which indeed substantially corresponds to feature 4), considered by the Opposition Division. ORDER
For these reasons, it is decided that:
1. The appealed decision is set aside.
2. The patent at issue is revoked.
