ORDER
For these reasons, it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to grant a patent as requested by the Appellant (see paragraph IV above), subject to correction of the obvious clerical error in Claim 1 and on page 2 (see paragraph 2 above).
