7. In the opinion of the Board, the amendments comply with Article 123(2) EPC and the application as amended meets the requirements of the EPC. ORDER
For these reasons, it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order grant a patent according to the Appellant's request (paragraph IV above).
