If one of the proprietors is obliged to appoint a representative (see 8.2.17.2.2), that representative will be deemed to be the common representative acting on behalf of all proprietorsparties unless the proprietor first named in the request has already appointed a representative (see 2.2.2; see EPC Guidelines, A-VIII, 1.5EPC Guidelines, A-VIII, 1.6).
