DECISION of the Administrative Council of the European Patent Organisation of 24 February 1978 on the authenticity in the three languages of the European Patent Office of the texts of decisions taken by the Administrative Council
THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN PATENT ORGANISATION,
HAVING REGARD to the European Patent Convention and in particular Article 14, paragraph 1, thereof,
HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1
The texts of the decisions of the Administrative Council of the European Patent Organisation shall be equally authentic in the three official languages of the European Patent Office.
Article 2
This Decision shall enter into force retroactively on 19 October 1977.
