Notice of the President of the European Patent Office dated 14 October 1983 concerning the recording of certain information in the Register of European Patents
1. Under Rule 92(2) EPC, it is hereby decided that with effect from 4 January 1984 the following entry will be made in the Register of European Patents in respect of patents for which the period for opposition has expired without notice of opposition having been filed:
"No opposition filed".
2. Likewise with effect from 4 January 1984, the following entry will be made in the Register of European Patents in the event of rectification of errors in the European patent specification:
"Patent specification rectified on (date)".
