Notice of the President of the European Patent Office dated 19 November 1990 concerning the extension of time limits according to Rule 85 EPC
1. There has been a general interruption in the delivery of mail in Greece within the meaning of Rule 85, paragraph 2, EPC.
The interruption and subsequent dislocation lasted from 12 September to 16 November 1990.
2. In the case of parties having their domicile or principal place of business in Greece or who have appointed representatives having their place of business in Greece, time limits expiring in the period from 12 September to 16 November 1990 have been extended to Monday 19 November 1990 pursuant to Rule 85, paragraphs 1 to 3, EPC.
