FINAL ACT OF THE CONFERENCE OF THE CONTRACTING STATES ON THE REVISION OF ARTICLE 63 OF THE EUROPEAN PATENT CONVENTION OF 1973
THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE GOVERNMENTS OF THE CONTRACTING STATES TO THE EUROPEAN PATENT CONVENTION,
Assembled on the occasion of the Conference on the revision of Article 63 of the Convention on the seventeenth day of December one thousand nine hundred and ninety-one,
HAVE PLACED ON RECORD the fact that they have drawn up and adopted the texts listed below:
- Act revising Article 63 of the Convention (Revision Act),
- Resolution on mutual information.
The Revision Act shall be open until 17 June 1992 in the European Patent Office for signature by the Contracting States.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned representatives have signed this Final Act.
Done at Munich this seventeenth day of December one thousand nine hundred and ninety-one, in a single original in English, French and German languages, the three texts being equally authentic. This original shall be deposited in the archives of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany.
