    Disciplinary matters

    Appointment of members of the Disciplinary Board of the European Patent Office

    1. Under Article 9 of the Regulation on discipline for professional representatives (OJ EPO 1978, 91 et seq.), the President of the European Patent Office has appointed the following three legally qualified members of the European Patent Office as members of the Disciplinary Board for a term of three years with effect from 1 February 1992:

    Mr H. Niveau de Villedary (re-appointed), Ms T. Karamanli (succeeding Mr D. Bernecker) and Mr C. Matthies (succeeding Mr H. Houyez).

    2. The Disciplinary Board thus comprises five legally qualified members of the European Patent Office, namely Messrs B.I. Cawthra (Chairman), H. Niveau de Villedary, R. Cramer, C. Matthies and Ms T. Karamanli, and four members of the Institute of Professional Representatives, Messrs R. Harlé, L.W. Kooy, D. Behrens and J.U. Neukom.
