New fee rates
By decision of the Administrative Council of the Organisation for Industrial Property (OBI) dated 18 November 19911 the patent fees in Greece have been changed.
Applicants and proprietors of European patents with effect in Greece are advised that from 1 January 1992 the following rates apply:
1. Publication of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC:
GRD 41 500
2. Publication of translations of the patent specification under Article 65 EPC:
GRD 55 000

Updating of the information brochure "National law relating tothe EPC"
Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (7th edition) are asked to make the appropriate correction to the amounts of fees shown in Tables III.B, columns 2 and 9, IV, columns 3 and 10, VI, column 1 and VII, column 2.
