Notice of the President of the European Patent Office dated 20 May 1992 concerning extension of time limits according to Rule 85 EPC
1. There was a general interruption of the postal service in Germany within the meaning of Rule 85, paragraph 2, EPC, owing to a strike. This interruption and subsequent dislocation in the delivery of mail lasted from 24 April until 19 May 1992.
2. In the case of documents addressed to the EPO in Munich, Berlin and The Hague, time limits expiring between 24 April and 19 May 1992 shall, pursuant to Rule 85, paragraph 2, EPC, extend to 20 May 1992.
