New fee rates
By Ministerial Order of 30 January 19921 the fees of the Institut national de la propriété industrielle have been amended.
Applicants and proprietors of European patents with effect in France are advised that from 1 February 1992 the following rates apply:
1. Publication of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC:
FRF 230 (unchanged)
2. Publication of translations of the patent specification under Article 65 EPC:
FRF 230 (unchanged)

Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (7th edition) are asked to make the appropriate amendments to the amounts of fees shown in Tables VI, column 1, and VII, column 2.
