The Patents (Fees) Rules 1992
The Patents (Fees) Rules 19921 increase the fees for patents.
Applicants and proprietors of European patents with effect in the United Kingdom are advised that from 11 May 1992 the following rates apply:

Updating of the information brochure "National law relating to the EPC"
Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (7th edition) are asked to make the appropriate correction to the amounts of fees shown in Tables III.B, columns 2 and 9, IV, columns 3 and 10, VI, columns 1 and 3 and VII, column 2.
