1992 Law amending the Patent and Trademark Fees
On 1 November 1992 the 418th Federal Law amending the Patent Law, the Trademark Protection Law and the Introductory Law on Patent Treaties (Patent- und Markengebühren-Novelle 1992)1 entered into force.
Applicants and proprietors of European patents with effect in Austria are advised that from 1 November 1992 the following rates apply:
I.1 Filing of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC:
ATS 1600 plus ATS 350 for the 6th and each subsequent page of the translation.
I.2 Filing of translations of the patent specification under Article 65 EPC:
ATS 1600 plus ATS 350 for the 6th and each subsequent page of the translation and ATS 350 for the 3rd and each subsequent page of any drawings.

Updating of the information brochure "National law relating to the EPC"
Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (7th edition) are asked to make the appropriate corrections to the amounts of fees shown in Tables III.B, column 2, IV, column 3, and VI, column 1.
