By Ministerial Decree of 20 August 19921 the fees for patents have been amended.
Applicants and proprietors of European patents with effect in Italy are advised that from 24 August 1992 the following rates apply:

Updating of the information brochure "National law relating to the EPC"
Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (7th edition) are asked to make the appropriate amendments to the amounts of fees shown in Tables VI, columns 1 and 3, and VII, column 2.
