Decision of the Administrative Council of 11 December 1992 renewing the Research Fund of the European Patent Organisation
THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN PATENT ORGANISATION,
Having regard to its decision of 8 October 1987 on the institution and administration of a Research Fund of the European Patent Organisation,
HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1
The Research Fund of the European Patent Organisation shall be renewed for a period of five years from 1 January 1993 and the sum of DEM 1 000 000 shall be allotted to it from the Organisation's budget.*
Article 2
This decision shall enter into force on 11 December 1992.

* The regulations governing the Research Fund of 10 December 1987, OJ EPO 1988, 162, and the implementing provisions of 4 March 1988, OJ EPO 1988, 189, remain in force.
