7th edition of the "European Patent Convention"
The 7th revised and expanded edition of the "European Patent Convention" will be available shortly. It contains the current texts of the Convention on the Grant of European Patents and its Implementing Regulations, the Act revising Article 63 EPC, the Protocol on Centralisation, the Protocol on Recognition, the Protocol on Privileges and Immunities and the Rules relating to Fees. The 7th edition encompasses all amendments to these texts hitherto decided on by the Administrative Council of the European Patent Organisation.
