Notice of the President of the European Patent Office dated 30 May 1993 concerning the extension of time limits according to Rule 85 EPC
1. There was a general interruption of the postal service in the United Kingdom within the meaning of Rule 85, paragraph 2, EPC.
This interruption and subsequent dislocation in the delivery of mail lasted from 16 to 18 April 1993.
2. In the case of parties having their domicile or principal place of business in the United Kingdom or who have appointed representatives having their place of business in the United Kingdom, time limits expiring in the period from 16 to 18 April 1993 shall be extended to 19 April 1993 pursuant to Rule 85, paragraphs 2 and 3, EPC.
