Decision of the Administrative Council of 9 December 1993 reducing the search fee for the supplementary European search report in the case of international search reports drawn up by the Chinese Patent Office
THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN PATENT ORGANISATION,
Having regard to the European Patent Convention (hereinafter referred to as "the Convention"), and in particular Article 157 thereof,
HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1
The search fee provided for in Article 157, paragraph 2(b), of the Convention shall be reduced in accordance with paragraph 3(b) thereof by one fifth in the case of international applications on which an international search report has been drawn up by the Chinese Patent Office.
Article 2
This decision shall enter into force on 1 January 1994.
