New fee rates
By Law No. 21/1993 of 29 December 19931 the fees for patents have been amended.
Applicants and proprietors of European patents with effect in Spain are advised that from 1 January 1994 the following rates apply:
1. Publication of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC:
ESP 11 990 (ESP 11 215 for translations on magnetic data carrier).
2. Publication of translation of the patent specification under Article 65 EPC:
ESP 31 980 plus ESP 1 285 for each page of the translation in excess of the 22nd (ESP 27 080 plus ESP 1 030 for translation on magnetic data carrier).
3. Renewal fees:

Updating of the information brochure "National law relating to the EPC"
Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (8th edition) are asked to make the appropriate amendments to the amounts of fees shown in Tables III.B, column 2, IV, column 3, VI, column 1, and VII, column 2.
