New fee rates
By decision of the Administrative Council of the Organisation for Industrial Property (OBI) dated 16 December 19931 the patent fees in Greece have been changed.
Applicants and proprietors of European patents with effect in Greece are advised that from 1 January 1994 the following rates apply:
1. Publication of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC:
GRD 60 000
2. Publication of translations of the patent specification under Article 65 EPC:
GRD 80 000

Updating of the information brochure "National law relating to the EPC"
Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (8th edition) are asked to make the appropriate amendments to the amounts of fees shown in Tables III.B, column 2, IV, column 3, VI, column 1, and VII, column 2.
