Disciplinary matters
Appointment of members of the Disciplinary Board of the European Patent Office
1. Under Article 9 of the Regulation on discipline for professional representatives (OJ EPO 1978, 91 et seq.), the President of the European Patent Office has reappointed the following two legally qualified members of the European Patent Office as members of the Disciplinary Board for a term of three years with effect from 1 June 1994:
Mr B.I. Cawthra (Chairman) and Mr R. Cramer.
2. The Disciplinary Board thus comprises six legally qualified members of the European Patent Office, namely Messrs B.I. Cawthra (Chairman), R. Cramer, C. Matthies, G. Weiss, G. Williams and Mrs T. Karamanli, as well as three members of the Institute of Professional Representatives, namely Messrs R. Harlé, L.W. Kooy and M. Ruff.
