Notice from the President of the European Patent Office dated 8 July 1994 concerning extension of time limits according to Rule 85 EPC
1. There was a general interruption of the postal service in Germany within the meaning of Rule 85, paragraph 2, EPC, owing to a strike. This interruption and subsequent dislocation in the delivery of mail lasted from 28 May until 6 July 1994.
2. Time limits expiring between 28 May and 6 July 1994 shall therefore, pursuant to Rule 85, paragraph 2, EPC, extend to 7 July 1994.
