Declaration of continuation by Armenia
On 17 May 1994 Armenia deposited a declaration of continuation with the Director General of WIPO the effect of which is that the PCT is applied by Armenia. This means that nationals and residents of Armenia may now file international applications and Armenia may be designated and elected in international applications.
