New fee rates
By Sovereign Ordinance No. 11.291 of 29 June 19941 the fees for patents have been amended.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Monaco are advised that from 1 September 1994 the following rates apply:

2. Conversion of European patent applications or patents into national patent applications or patents:

FRF 95 priority fee for the second and any additional priority
Updating of the information brochure "National law relating to the EPC"
Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (8th edition) are asked to make the appropriate amendments to the amounts of fees shown in Tables VI, column 1, and VII, column 2.
