Decision of the President of the European Patent Office dated 1 September 1994 fixing the amount of the fee for appeal mentioned in Article 27, paragraph 2, of the Regulation on the European qualifying examination
The President of the European Patent Office, having regard to Article 19, paragraph 1, of the Regulation on the European qualifying examination for professional representatives (OJ EPO 1994, 7), after consulting the Institute of Professional Representatives, has decided as follows:
1. The amount of the fee for appeal shall be fixed at DEM 350 as previously.
2. This decision shall enter into force on 1 October 1994.
