New fee rates
By decision of the Administrative Council of the Industrial Property Organisation (OBI) dated 3 November 19941 the patent fees in Greece have been changed.
Applicants and proprietors of European patents with effect in Greece are advised that from 1 January 1995 the following rates apply:
1. Publication of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC:
GRD 68 000
2. Publication of translations of the patent specification under Article 65 EPC:
GRD 90 000

The amount of fees applicable as from 1995 have already been included in the new edition of this brochure (December 1994).
