Decision of the President of the European Patent Office dated 15 December 1994 charging a fee for consulting the Register of European Patents
The President of the European Patent Office, having regard to Article 3, paragraph 1, of the Rules relating to Fees, has decided as follows:
Article 1
An administrative fee shall be charged for on-site consultation of the Register of European Patents via terminals available for public use at the information desk of the European Patent Office in Munich. Access to the Register, via the patent application number or the publication number, shall also extend to the additional data contained in the EPIDOS information register.
Article 2
The administrative fee shall be fixed at DEM 1 per access to the Register.
Article 3
This decision shall enter into force on 1 March 1995.
